Analysis of the Powerleveling Practice.

A coefficient of 77.5% sounds awfully large for a level 14 spell! Also, if you trained a spell at level 20, you'd get a coefficient of 100% using said formula.
       • Taking a look at it in practice...
       • Renew Rank 2: Heals target for 100 over 15 seconds
       • 5 ticks, so 20 health per tick

In practice, with 3/3 imp renew and 2313 +heal, I get 170 health per tick. Divide by 1.15 to compensate for Improved Renew, and then I'd get ~147.826 health per tick (Don't worry about Spiritual Healing, I don't have it with my current lolsmite spec). Subtract the base tick (20), and I get +127.826 health per tick from +healing alone. Multiply by the amount of ticks (5) for the total amount of healing gained without talents: 639.13. Divide 639.13 by my 2313 healing, and I get a coefficient of about 27.6%.

This would make sense if the entire formula was divided by 2.8 so it would read "(1-(20-LevelLearned)*0.0375)/2.8". Using that formula, I get the correct result for my renew observations, AND it also matches up precisely with the "(Level+5)/70" formula. (20+5)/70 = 0.35714 (1-(20-20)*0.0375)/2.8 = 0.35714

It should also be noted that 2.8 is exactly 1/25th of 70, so I'd venture a guess that the final formula would be "(1-(20-LevelLearned)*0.0375)/(CurrentLevel/25)". However, someone would have to test a "1/25th" formula at levels below 70 to confirm. For now, I'd be content with leaving it at 2.8 for a level 70 since I'm too tired to test anything else. If anyone who is reading this wants to test it out, be my guest.

I apologize if this is poorly written or if my ideas weren't presented as clearly as they should be, as I am currently very sleepy. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated though, since I'm in the middle of working on a spreadsheet regarding priest healing spells/coefficients.
